Bosso Smart Lighting is the trade name of Boss Lighting LLC (homeowner sales and installation) and Bosso Ventures LLC (dealer program). By using this website and our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Use of Our Services
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not:

Quote Requests and Independent Authorized Dealers
Submitting a quote request does not create an order or a contract. When you request a quote, your information is shared with an independent authorized Bosso Smart Lighting dealer serving your area, who may contact you about your quote.
By submitting a quote request, you agree that Bosso Smart Lighting and the independent authorized dealer serving your area may contact you about your request by phone call or email at the phone number and email address you provide. Text messages are sent only if you opt in to texts, and opting in to texts is not required to request a quote. You can ask to stop receiving calls at any time.
Dealers are independently owned and operated businesses. They are not employees or agents of Bosso Smart Lighting. Quotes, pricing, scheduling, installation, and any agreement for installation services may be provided by the dealer, and the terms of that agreement will be provided to you at the time of sale. Each dealer is responsible for its own services and communications.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers shown on this website, such as installation discounts, are subject to availability, eligibility, and participation by the independent authorized dealer serving your area. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value. Details are confirmed at the time of your quote.
Product Information and Orders
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed incorrectly.
All purchases are subject to the applicable return and warranty policies, which may be provided separately or at the time of sale.
SMS and Messaging Communications
Description of SMS Program
SMS Consent Language. Our opt-in forms may display a shorter version of this language. By opting in on any of our forms, you agree to the following: "I consent to receive SMS text messages from Bosso Smart Lighting and an independent authorized Bosso Smart Lighting dealer serving my area, including appointment reminders, installation updates, promotional offers, and customer support. Messages may be sent via SMS and iMessage. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I must be 18 years or older. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
Opting in to text messages is optional and is not required to request a quote or make a purchase.
By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS and messaging communications from Bosso Smart Lighting and an independent authorized Bosso Smart Lighting dealer serving your area, including responses to your quote request, appointment confirmations, service updates, installation reminders, customer support, and promotional messages related to permanent outdoor LED lighting.
Message Types
Messages may be sent via SMS text messages, iMessage, or other messaging platforms. All such messages are subject to these terms.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Replying STOP stops messages from the sender of that message: reply STOP to a text from a dealer to stop that dealer's messages, and reply STOP to a text from Bosso Smart Lighting to stop ours. After you reply STOP, you will receive a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that sender. Opt-out requests made by replying STOP take effect immediately. You may also contact us at service@bosso.biz or (208) 248-5568; requests made by email or phone are processed within 10 business days.
